Kathryn Arsenault

Bio

Kathryn Turner-Arsenault is a lecturer in the Fowler College of Business Online Business Degree Completion program. She graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1993. She has worked as an insurance defense attorney since law school, mostly in construction defects and personal injury. For seven years Turner-Arsenault worked exclusively defending a Fortune 500 developer. She is also experienced in enforcing other types of contracts, including machinery leaseholds, promissory notes, mortgages, and purchase agreements. Turner-Arsenault taught ethics at the University of San Diego and SDSU for several years. She has co-taught Foundations of Business in a Global Environment online with Professor Valerie Alexandra since 2017.
